The ergo M7 is a true sit-stand table that gives back some of the action the muscles and discs need.

The 7-series offers a separatly adjustable second table top for monitors and other devices.

Smooth and save all items and hardware glide up and down. The ergo M1 is offered with three starting heights: 50* / 68 / 72 cm | 19,7* / 26,8 / 28,35 inch.

"Theoretically the advantages of a height adjustable table had long been known to me...
then some time in real life my spine, that is my discs, muscles and nerves, signaled to my brain that something went wrong.

Those signals I took serious and after a while I came upon the height adjustable sit-stand tables the Moeckel company is offeering. A new table was bought.

The practical advantage of this "hardware" really stunned me. Life can be so easy - I can change my posture by simply lift the table with everything on top, sheets, books, phones, lap-top, scanner, printer, you name it - all is going up and down in a second.

Even the brain seams to be more clear when one has more room to move. The seemingly endles monotone sitting can be discontinued. Throughthe change in posture the spine and discs get some motion. after some while I return to sitting and all my utensils plus my full cup of coffee, slide down - just perfect "
